Standard Shipping: We provide free standard shipping, the normal shipping time is about 7-15 days to North America, it is 10-25 days to other country.

Have had the ring for less than a month and it bent from a very short drop (couple feet) to the point where it’s warped and there’s a chip in the band. My $30 ring did not suffer the same. Extremely disappointed to pay $200CDN for a ring worth less than half that. Will be seeking compensation.
I absolutely LOVE my custom ring from LUO! The ruby is such a rich color and catches the light beautifully and the moissanite stone sparkles like crazy. It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The band is a good width and keeps it from twisting around on my finger. The stones are set very securely. I just can't stop looking at my hand and admiring the ring. It's so distracting in the best way :) Well worth the wait.
