I got a custom alexandrite ring and it is just gorgeous! The stone is beautiful and changes color between blue green and purple depending on the light. It's well made and just as advertised.
The Asscher cut makes the colors pop, and the bezel setting is very comfortable.

My order took about a month to arrive. In meantime, I read the warranty and how it's only for unworn merchandise to be valid. I get the item and even though it's beautiful, it has a card that says do not use while active, do not sleep with it, do not use while washing hands or around water. So, this makes me reconsider my purchase as all these caveats make it enjoyable to wear and if something was to happen I can't get a refund or a replacement.
I am disappointed in the size of this ring. I would not consider it unisex. It is very feminine.

A delivery was attempted Friday night and I thought maybe I needed to sign for something, so I went online to see about rescheduling. I didn't change anything because it said a second delivery would be attempted. It was delivered about 11:00 pm on Sunday night. I got a text message that it was delivered. I felt bad for the driver having to deliver in the dark. I would have left the porch light on if I knew it when it was going to arrive.
