The ring itself is beautiful, the wave part, the stone just looks dark no sparkle hardly at all, the pictures show more blue green colors this ring is just dark.

My second piece of alexandrite jewelry from LUO and probably not my last. The stone is cut wonderfully and it noticeably changes color under different lighting conditions as well as fluoresces under UV light. Incredibly affordable considering the size of the gemstone as well. My only complaint is that sometimes the bezel solitaire pendant doesn't always sit flush, but I think it's just because it's a little heavy and the holes sit kind of high instead of being more centered. Not a big deal. Still beautiful. Still love it.

I was really skeptical of buying a ring from a website ive never heard of. Although, the prices are REALLY low, its not bad. Every other places I looked at wasn't in my range and the wedding was coming up fast. The only reason im giving it a 4 star is because the image looked better than the real thing. The gems looked bigger in the image but it is what it is. The packaging was lovely and it was included with a ring sizer. Loved how it came in. I think the sides of where the stone sits, down to where they join the shank should be thicker. I can tell that that part of the ring will be wearing through if my wedding band rubs against it.
I ordered a ring a year and a half ago and wore it every day. When I it my hand on something, I lost a stone. I contacted customer service about a repair/replacement stone. For a small fee and no shipping charge, I received four replacement stones! I was expecting one for the price I paid. It arrived within a week, and now my ring is good as new. And I have three more backups in case I get clumsy again.
