Once you receive the order and if you are not satisfied with it in 30 days, for any reason, just feel free to contact our friendly customer service team via email with your order number and let us know that you want to return the order.

We will get in touch with you very shortly with Return Authorization Number and that is it. Please ship the order back to us and we will process your full refund within 2 business days once we receive your returned item.

To avoid potential abuse of our return policy, please note that customers should bear the return shipping fee or the return label cost(26USD）. We appreciate your understanding and support.
