Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove it promptly from display. However, display of an item on LuoJewelry.com is not a guarantee that it is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.
Some featured items are made to order based on the selection of the stone size, stone quality, metal, etc. We manufacture each piece of custom-made jewelry from scratch. If you are unable to locate a particular item that caught your attention on a previous visit to our website or if you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us.

In compliance with industry standards and FTC guidelines, diamond total carat weights may vary up to 0.07 carats on any jewelry item. For gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Further, as gemstone cuts vary, gemstone carat weights are approximate and may vary considerably from the stated approximate weight. In general, gemstone carat weight exceeds stated approximate weight. At times we use findings of a different material to provide the required firmness. For example, we use 14K white gold posts/findings for platinum hoops, brass in push-backs and so on.
